If you have a strand of pearls or beads that has broken, stretched or needs shortening or lengthening, we can assist with our restringing service. Your pearls/beads are thoroughly cleaned and restrung on professional quality thread, with the option of a knotted or unknotted finish. We can also supply replacement clasps as part of the restringing service. Please visit our showroom with your piece to obtain a quotation.

All Class A pieces receive complimentary lifetime cleaning. As part of this service, your piece will be given a thorough inspection, clean and polish.

Class A offers a rhodium plating service to enhance the lustre and durability of your jewellery pieces.

All Class A rings are entitled to one complimentary rhodium plating service within the first 18 months.* Beyond this, rhodium plating is offered at a discounted price for Class A rings.

We offer both laser engraving and traditional hand engraving for your jewellery. As part of our laser engraving service, we also offer custom engraving. Your precious memory, such as a loved one's handwriting or a child's drawing, can be transferred on your piece of jewellery to create a one-of-a-kind piece. Bring your watch to us for battery replacement, servicing or repair by our skilled watchmaker who has extensive knowledge and experience. Please note your watch will have to be left with us to obtain a quote.
