our story

crafting for over 50 years

Class A Jewellers’ journey began in Adelaide on Valentine's Day of 1972, where passion for exquisite craftsmanship and a commitment to unparalleled quality became the cornerstones of our identity. Built on a notion of relaxed luxury, our doors are open to all who seek an exceptional jewellery experience.

As manufacturers of fine jewellery, our craft is rooted in the art of storytelling through bespoke creation. From meticulously designed engagement rings symbolising everlasting love, to handcrafted pieces that embody individual style, our creations serve as a testament to the beauty of meaningful connections and personal expression. Meticulously brought to life by our workshop of skilled jewellers, every piece is infused with their expertise, dedication, and attention to detail.

We take great pride in being a family-owned business, where Brad, the owner, has imparted his passion for jewellery onto three of his sons, inspiring them to carry forward the legacy of Class A Jewellers.

BRAD MUCKLOW

Brad joined Class A as a fresh-faced high school graduate in 1984. Working initially as a Sales Consultant, Brad proceeded to learn all aspects of the business, including jewellery design, manufacturing processes, diamond and gem purchasing.

In 1999, Brad purchased Class A Jewellers and has continued to grow the business into one of the most respected and trusted jewellery businesses in South Australia, providing clients with exceptional service and high quality, handcrafted jewellery pieces. With qualifications as a Registered Gemmologist, Certified Jewellery Valuer and Diamond Technologist, Brad ensures excellence in every aspect of our manufacturing and administrative processes.

During his time at Class A, Brad has developed lifelong, loyal relationships with our clients, with multiple generations of families entrusting us with their milestone jewellery purchases. For Brad, this is his favourite aspect of the business – “it's heart-warming for me to see our clients’ families grow and continue to return to us.”
